For those already familiar with FTP, the settings are as follows:
Server: ftp.paxaus.com
Username: <Your previous Username>@paxaus.com eg uploader become uploader@paxaus.com
Password: As previous (If your password was less than 5 characters, the numeral 1 was appended to it)
You can also use an ftp client such as CuteFTP or Filezilla. To set them up, please see your own IT team.(These are NOT required)

If you wish to create a shortcut, right click on your desktop and choose new->shortcut and for the target type “explorer ftp://ftp.paxaus.com” and use the below instruction from step 4 onwards.

1. First step is to open up “My computer” (Windows XP) or “Computer” (Windows 7)

2. At the top of the computer/my computer window is the address bar:

3. In the address bar, type ftp://ftp.paxaus.com and press enter.
|
4. When it loads up the ftp site, right click in the blank area and choose Login as…
|
5. You log on withe your username appended with @paxaus.com, so if your username is uploader, your ftp username is uploader@paxaus.com
|
6. That will enable you to log on to your uploader area, which will normally be empty.
|
7. On your computer, find the files you wish to upload, highlight them all and copy them as shown below:

8. In the ftp window, paste the files as shown below:

9. Your files will start to copy across to the site.
|
10. After the files are uploaded, at the top of the hour, they will be automatically copied into the storage area of the website.
